Karen Pryor Professional - Force Free Commitment
I was 6 years old...I woke up early and opened my bedroom door...as I poked my head into the hallway I was frightened by a loud bark...I looked toward my parent's room and standing there was this big black and white dog as unsure about me as I was about him. My dad had found him on an oil road in the middle of nowhere. He was alone, cold, and hungry...
I didn't know it then, but I had just opened my door to a friendship that would change my life. That dog never left my side and watched over me for the rest of his days.
Every dog I have had since is an attempt to fill the void he left in my heart.

You are the best chance your rescue dog has for a full and happy life. If there is anything we can do to make sure you understand each other and quickly develop a bond, we need to make that happen. I have absolutely packed this course with information that will help you connect with your new dog
Rescue dogs of any age arrive with a history of unknown experiences They have formed impressions of the world that guide their behaviour. When you can be considerate of those experiences while providing a safe place for your dog to experiment, they can flourish and learn. A large percentage of rescues miss critical socialization points that influence how they deal with dogs, people, stress, and new experiences. With an understanding of canine learning and functional behaviour, we can re-socialize and alter their emotional response to their environment. In order to reinforce the right things, we need to have a plan.
You have the room in your heart and home, I can help your new dog fill it to the maximum potential. It's an amazing experience when we unlock the mystery of the canine mind and see your dog begin to open up.
