Send a short video (optional - but highly effective)

If you have a short clip of your dog (20–60 seconds), I can usually identify what’s driving the behaviour very quickly.

This helps me give you more accurate direction right from the start.

If possible send:

  • The behaviour you’re concerned about

  • If possible, your dog calm at home

  • Keep it short — no need to overthink it.

Every dog is different — this just helps me see what’s actually happening in your environment before we talk.
